Poor Caster Semenya, the South African 18-year-old who won the 800m in Berlin last night amid controversy over whether she is in fact a woman.
Sure, she’s missing the female hour-glass but women comes in all shapes and sizes, especially elite athletes so I’m with her on this one — and what a beautiful runner. Still, she’s going to have to take the gender test to shake off the doubts and one hopes that when she’s proved she’s a women, she’ll say: “And screw you all, you jealous cows!”
If you mised the race, here it is:
And here’s Michael Johnson on the controversy:

I personally do not believe for one moment that Bolt is human. I insist he take a human test. I’m behind Semenye – she should tell this lot to take a hike!

Michael Johnson said it all: “if there’s a doubt in people’s minds, then it must be cleared up for the good of the sport and for the good of Semenya herself.” The South African reaction has been typically childish. We need to grow up. Just to prove the point, we now hear that that prize nincompoop, Julius Malema, will be in charge of the welcoming committee when she arrives home. I trust she has the good sense to decline to me met by him.

I trust the Wallabies will also be subjected to gender testing. I doubt any males will be found masquerading in the Australian national side….

Caster is a lovely woman and Johnson is not really helping. Although he seems to be defending her, he actually seems to be holding her sex in doubt. If CAster was a man masquarading as a woman, trust me, she would atleast try to LOOK feminine (MAKE-UP, FEMININE VOICE ETC)but she deliberately acts tomboyish because that’s cool at that stage in life. But atleast she will even be more famous. I for one was not interested in the Berlin games (I didn’t even know they were happening) until I saw the story about her. My dad lives in Russia and he says the story is big news there. I’m origionaly from Poland and would like to say; CAster, Poland and Russia love you darling!

That was a unfortunate situation for Caster. But my take is the issue of gay and lesbian which is not being addressed to the public when it comes to competitions.if you look at games lesbians are all regarded as female since their private part demostrate same. there is no rule that clearly state that they should compet with male at competitions of this nature.same applies to to gays people even though they conduct themslves like women but when it come to games we expect them to compet with felow males since Biology conclude same.So clearly caster should be left alone and let what we are all use to prevail. instead of raising question wich will be impossible for everyone to deal with in rela life.

Well done Caster! though I didnt like racist related comments by the South African Sports authorities when responding to accusations that you are not female. You are a true strong symbol of our African women Caster, all the best

Caster has a false vagina leading nowhere. She’s got no ovaries and no womb, has never had a period, has high male testosterone levels in her blood, looks, sounds and acts like a man, has a penis, so what part of this makes her a female?
Her mother and grandmother are ignorant blacks living in a rural bush area who don’t know anything about this sort of thing, saw a crack that resembles a vagina, and decided to bring her up as a girl. It’s sickening.
